"We are so thankful to have found Alicia! She was so personable and friendly, right off the bat my husband and I both felt she would be a great fit as our realtor. She had time for us on short notice to take us to see about 9 houses in a short period of time while we were in town visiting! We had kind of a unique situation in that Alicia actually assisted us in choosing a house and putting in an offer while we were out of state and with her help we bought our first home sight unseen until we moved into it! She was wonderful and went above and beyond in every way; shoveling our driveway, stocking the house with a few essentials for our arrival, being completely available and on hand for anything we needed throughout the process, buying us a welcome mat and a house plant, giving us a Christmas gift, helping us secure financing, and making it to where we had very little work to do or stress in the process. She made the process of buying a home seamless and totally stress free! I will absolutely recommend her to anyone we know as my husband and I were constantly talking about wonderful she is. It was a blessing to us to have her as our realtor.
On top of that, and maybe the most spectacular thing in working with her, was her kindness and generosity in choosing to work as a realtor with the Homes for Heroes program. Homes for Heroes is a program that helps veterans, military, and first responders in the homebuying process. As a Homes for Heroes realtor, she gave a huge chunk of her commission back to us as a rebate due to my husband's service. We are SO grateful and were totally blown away by her generosity and thankful for her support of military and first responders by choosing to work with the Homes for Heroes program. I highly recommend Alicia to anyone buying or selling as she is a truly good person and I have no doubt would be able to make the process of buying or selling as stress free as possible for anyone."
